Context & role

Mywo is a co-working brand owned by Best Western. It offers an alternative to closed offices through tailor-made coworking spaces for workers across France.

My mission was to work on the entire UX/UI part of the project from the needs statement to the delivery of my design.

The aim

Create a platform allowing workers to reserve coworking seats.

Discovery & Define

To start with the project, we had various meetings with the client to define the needs, personas and all functionalities we would need to have for creating scenarios.
After that, I made a benchmark of many user journeys regarding the feature of reservation mainly in the hospitality sector & coworking. It helped me a lot to identify all good practices and imagine the best user journey for delivering a great user experience.


Realization of user journeys using personas and creation of wireflows. This work was carried out and thought out first in mobile then in desktop.
The idea was to present to the customer some wireframes through user journeys in order to put them in the skin of users and to be sure that I thought all use cases.

Consistency with the visual identity of the brand

Respect the values by including a friendly, simple & human UI and by defining :
– A color set by taking account colors used for their furniture
– A new typography for the brand inside the web
